Travel time by car to reach the Market Place in Durham (postcode DH1 3UJ = Prince Bishops Shopping Centre). As may be seen, West Rainton and Sherbern are both outside the Green Belt but within a 10 minute drive. Extensive areas are within a 15 minute drive. These should have been considered for development, if any is needed.
